Warranty Coverage:
Senaptec warrants that the Senaptec Strobe Eyewear (the "Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Covered Defects:
This warranty covers manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:
● Non-functioning lenses
● Battery issues
● Electronic malfunctions
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
● Exposure to rain or sweat
● Normal wear and tear
● Accidents or misuse, including but not limited to impacts from objects hitting the strobe
● Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Customer Responsibilities:
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Senaptec will, at its option, (i) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (ii) exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the Product to the designated repair center. Senaptec will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer after the warranty service is completed.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact Senaptec customer support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The Product must be shipped to the address provided by Senaptec, along with proof of purchase and the RMA number.
Disclaimer:
This warranty is the exclusive remedy for the customer and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Senaptec shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Replacement cost for non-manufacturer defects or outside of warranty:
Outside of warranty (after 1 year, but before 3 years):
Lenses - $80 ea / $150 if we do both at once
Electronics – charge not holding (battery replacement) - $75
Frame replacement $50
Replacement nose piece or strap: send to customer for $10
